The Time Tracking Providers tab displays a list of the names of time tracking software that is installed in your instance. Jira has its own native time tracking system, but another example of a name that could appear in this list is Tempo Timesheets if you have it or a similar App installed.
Name: Displays the name of each time tracking software that is installed in your Jira instance.
Jira’s native time tracking name should always appear in this list unless you have it disabled in your instance. The native name is:
Time Tracking Provider Name: Displays a list of time tracking systems that exists in the Jira instance.
As mentioned above, another common time tracking system is Tempo Timesheets so don’t be surprised if it shows up in the list.
