Content Auditor Overview

Instance Auditor (Jira) has become visual! The goal was to give users the ability to visually and quickly see the data in an easily digestible format. Below is information on how to read the charts.

  1. Each chart is a summation of each Content Auditor area (Global, Project, Scheme, JSM and Instance).

  2. Each individual bar on each chart represents the tabs under each Content Auditor area (Global, Project, Scheme, JSM and Instance).

  3. Hover over any of the bars in the charts to see the current totals for that specific item.

  4. Tabs that contain system level information are not represented in any of the charts.

NOTE: While all of the information in the charts below is available on the tabs in Instance Auditor (Jira), there’s nothing wrong with putting the information in a visual format for easier digestion and fewer clicks.

 

Screenshot #1: Summation of the tabs located under the Global Content Auditor section. Get the totals for Active Projects, Archived Projects, Deleted projects, Project Categories, Project Roles, Statuses, Resolutions, Priorities and Issue Link Types.

Screenshot #2: Summation of the tabs located under the Project Content Auditor section. Get the totals for Issue Types, Workflows, Fields, Screens, Boards, Dashboards, Labels and Filters.
