JSM Projects

The JSM Projects tab displays all of the Jira Service Management projects that exists in your instance.

These projects will also be shown under the Projects area in the Global Content Audit section. However, this provides an easy way for customers to distinguish between service desk projects, core projects and software projects.

Columns

  • JSM ID: Displays the ID for each JSD project.

  • JSM Project ID: Displays the project ID of each JSD project.

  • JSM Project Name: Displays the name of each JSD project.

  • JSM Project Key: Shows the project key associated with each JSD project in the listing. 

Details Area

  • Description: Displays the description of the JSD Project if one exists. Otherwise, it displays a default message.
