Statuses

The Statuses tab displays all native and custom statuses in your Jira instance that are associated with a workflow.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If a Status is not actively being used in a workflow, it will not appear in the list.

Columns

  • Status ID: Displays the ID for each status.

  • Icon: Displays the associated icon for each status (if one exists).

    • This column is not sortable.

  • Status Name: Displays the name of each status. Each status name is color-coded based on their category.

  • Status Category: Display the category associated with each status. Options are To Do, In Progress and Done.

Details Area

  • Description: Displays the description of the status if one exists. Otherwise, it displays a default message.
